What is the cost delivery?

A £3.99 postage and packaging fee is applicable. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is charged at £5.00.

Do you deliver overseas?

We are unable to process your order via our website but our Customer Services Team will be glad to assist you by telephone - +44 (0)20 8758 0044. We offer delivery using Royal Mail International Post or DPD to all major overseas destinations with postage and packing charged at £20.00. VAT will be deducted prior to payment being taken for all NON EU orders. All EU orders will be charged the standard VAT. All overseas orders are charged in pounds sterling.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 48 - 72 hours for delivery. Should any item be delayed, we will inform you of an expected delivery date. We ship using Royal Mail and DPD as our preferred methods of shipping.

Can I pay for Next Day delivery?

If the item(s) ordered are within our immediate stock, we can arrange to fast track and despatch your order on a next day service for an extra postage charge of £3 (UK orders only). This can be arranged by calling our Customer Care team on 0208 758 0044.

How do I cancel an item/order?

To amend or cancel your order, please call our Customer Care team on 0208 758 0044.

Can I use Sweatshop Gift Vouchers online?

Vouchers need to be sent to Mail Order in order for them to be accepted as payment: Sweatshop Mail Order, Unit 5 Fleming Way, Worton Road, Isleworth, TW7 6EU.

Gift vouchers must be sent Recorded Delivery as Sweatshop will not be held responsible for any vouchers that are lost in post.

How do I return an item?

Should you wish to return an item, you can return it to Sweatshop Mail Order or any of our stores (excluding Harrods). We offer a 14 day no quibble refund or exchange, providing the item is unworn and in a resaleable condition.

We recommend all returns are sent recorded delivery. Postage cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once you receive my return, how long should I expect to wait to receive my exchange?

Upon receipt of the item returned, we endeavour to re-ship the exchange item within 48 hours providing we have stock. Should we not have the item in stock you will be contacted.

I returned an item for refund, when will this be refunded?

Upon receipt of the item, we endeavour to process the refund within 48 hours. The refund should take approximately 3-4 days to appear on your statement.

Once my order is placed, is the item guaranteed as in stock?

Due to speed of sales, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item when you place your order. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to order the item in from one of our stores or the supplier direct in order to fulfill your order if it is not available in our warehouse.

The item I require is not listed on your website. Does that mean you haven't got it?

If the item is a current fast selling item, it may be that it has sold out. Alternatively, if it is an item we do not currently stock, an order can be placed by calling our Customer Care team on 0208 758 0044.

I have place my order but not been charged. Why is this?

We do not take payment until the order is ready for despatch.

How do I sign up to receive special offers and Sweatshop catalogues?

You can sign up to receive our fantastic offers when you place an order, you can log into your account to change your preferences or you can sign up here for emails and/or catalogues.

Can you offer technical advice online?

Our Customer Care team can offer advice on footwear and apparel; however, we do recommend you visit one of our stores for more in-depth personal advice.
