Delivery

UK orders are dispatched by either DPD or Royal Mail parcel post, depending on the size of your order. We will dispatch your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends. Should any item be delayed, we will inform you of the expected date of dispatch.

Overseas orders will be sent by DPD or Recorded Delivery. To place an order from overseas, call our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)20 8758 0044.

Postage costs

UK and BFPO addresses: a £3.99 charge is added to each order to cover postage and packing.

Ireland: £5.00.

Overseas orders: £20.00.

Free returns

We offer a free returns service to all of our mainland UK customers via Royal Mail. Please follow the returns process outlined on the back of your receipt and use the freepost label provided.
